Since being sent off each morning with a bag of vegetables for her school lunches, Sally, Fed for Wellness founder, has embodied a conscious life of health and wellness both physically and mentally. Equip with knowledge and led by her heart centred enthusiasm to share a plant-based and living foods lifestyle with others, Sally’s passion is empowering others to flourish through an abundance of whole foods and fresh produce.

Sally is a certified Raw Food Chef through The Seeds of Life, Bali, and holds a Plant-Based Nutrition certification from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. 
As a Wellness Coach, Sally’s passion in holistic health and nourishment lead her to create her signature Plant-Based Lifestyle Coaching Program in order to best support people seeking to improve their health simply, sustainably and bit(e) by bit(e)!

Fed for Wellness also consults to cafes, restaurants and hotels developing plant-based ‘wellness menus’ to complement existing menus and cater to the growing number of conscious plant-based consumers.
